Mini Rail, the height is 30/50 and 80mm, the length have 400 mm / 600 mm or follow your demand, which used together with Bimetal thin sheet screw, used on Steel Roof. We have 2 kinds of Mini Rail, one mainly used on Euro market, used Quick Rack clamps to fix the PV panel, another most used on Brazil market, use sliding nut to fix the Solar PV panel.

Other aluminum accessories, such as connectors, bases, and nuts, are also used in the installation and maintenance of solar mounting systems. These components enhance the stability and reliability of the system.
Connection Methods in BTC SOLAR:
+ Top-Bottom Style: In Bottom of Rail, use hooks connect clamps to fix the rail, and use universal quick rack clamps to secure the solar panels from the top.
+ Side-Top Style: Connect the hook with an aluminum sliding nut on side, and again use universal clamps for Solar panel from top.
+ Double Top Style: There have one special hooks connect clamps on hook’s top. After securing the beam from the side, use a wrench to tighten it from the top. Universal clamps are also applied from the top to secure the PV panel.
+ Bimetal Screws, key products which used on Steel Roof, matched with our Mini Rail, no need to drill the hole first, Our Bimetal can drill 2X1.0 thin sheet within 2 seconds

It depends on different products, Normally some standard items we have stock, one or two pallets can shipped soon , one container maybe need 45 days more or less.
Also we can produce based your drawing,can negotiate the delivery time before confirm the order.
4: How about samples, can express freely.
If choose the same type from our website,normally have sample in stock, can express to you freely if the weight less 1 KGS, then need negotiate if you have proposal, based real situation.
