For the mounting systems: The F101 fixed flat roof mounting system is constructed with high-strength 6005/6063 aluminum alloy, offering both lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties. Its scientifically optimized 10° tilt angle balances power generation efficiency and structural stability, while the modular pre-assembly design reduces construction time by 40%. No heavy lifting equipment is required, significantly cutting labor and time costs. The F102 adjustable flat roof system provides flexible tilt angle options from 10° to 15°, allowing optimization based on local sunlight conditions and compatibility with most framed and frameless solar panels. Its roof-friendly engineering distributes loads evenly to protect waterproof layers, making it ideal for commercial and industrial buildings such as factories, shopping malls, and office buildings. For harsh environments, BTC's U-steel series mounting systems leverage optimized section mechanical design, delivering 2.5 times the bending resistance of angle steel brackets of the same thickness. With a rated load capacity of 80kg over a 3-meter span, these systems can withstand level-13 typhoons and heavy snow loads. Certified to operate stably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 80℃ with a service life exceeding 30 years, they completely resolve industry pain points such as insufficient load capacity, corrosion vulnerability, and high failure rates of traditional brackets.
The supporting fastener series serve as the "safety locks" of the mounting system: The M-series stainless steel fasteners are made of 304/316L food-grade stainless steel, undergoing double anti-corrosion treatment of passivation + electrophoresis. With a salt spray test resistance of over 1000 hours, they remain free from rust even in high-humidity and high-salt environments such as coastal areas, effectively avoiding mounting loosening caused by fastener corrosion. The H-series high-strength carbon steel fasteners are forged from 8.8-grade high-strength carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing, boasting a tensile strength of over 800MPa.
