Targeting precision machining of fasteners for solar mounting systems including standard bolts, T-bolts and connecting fittings, the upgraded production lines leverage automated equipment and standardized management systems to improve machining accuracy, production output and delivery reliability of PV dedicated hardware, delivering robust fastening solutions for global ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic projects.
The production lines adopt streamlined layout, with rows of CNC lathes equipped with independent intelligent control panels to monitor machining parameters, output statistics and equipment fault alerts in real time. Matched with vertical wire material racks, the lathes realize automatic continuous feeding from steel wire coils, eliminating manual single-bar loading work. One operator can oversee multiple machines simultaneously, greatly cutting labor cost while boosting production efficiency.
Overhead integrated piping systems deliver centralized cutting fluid supply and oil mist extraction for all equipment. Stable cooling extends tool service life and ensures consistent workpiece precision, meanwhile oil mist collection optimizes workshop working environment. Dedicated chip collection boxes under each machine centralize metal scrap for unified recycling.
The workshop follows strict lean manufacturing management: floor marking divides machine operating zones, material transit lanes and pedestrian passages to avoid safety risks caused by overlapping workflows. Steel structure factory buildings with daylight windows, industrial lighting and mobile cooling fans support round-the-clock stable production. Safety warning signs are installed on columns and electrical cabinets to standardize on-site safety control.
Frontline staff mainly perform raw material replenishment, routine equipment inspection, finished product and scrap collection. Freed from repetitive manual machining work, workers can focus more on process verification and quality sampling inspection, to make sure all products comply with DIN, ISO and other international standards, and adapt to subsequent surface treatment processes such as zinc plating and Ruspert coating. The expanded production capacity will further shorten lead times for overseas solar project orders, and strengthen BTC SOLAR’s long-term supply capacity for global photovoltaic clients.
